Aerobic Monsters Regatta is an international single scull rowing event with several years editions, is a symbol of the club’s mission to promote the noble art of rowing. Held annually on the Douro River in Gondomar, Portugal — just 6 km from Porto. Organized by Clube Naval Infante Dom Henrique, the race covers 6,5 km in a time-trial format, with athletes rowing downstream toward Porto, turning around mid-course, and returning upstream to the starting point.

The regatta is open to rowers aged 15 and up, across multiple categories including Senior (Elite), Under 23, Under 19, and Masters. Spectators can follow the race by cycling or running along the riverside path, making it a dynamic and engaging event for both athletes and fans.
